The Primary Care Associate Program is located on the Stanford campus between the MSOB (Medical School Office Building) and the Lucas Center. Please visit the School of Medicine's website page for directions and more information:
The Primary Care Associate Program is on the Stanford campus in Palo Alto, California. San Francisco is to the north, and San Jose is to the south. Two main north-south freeways link us to San Francisco, San Jose, and their airports: Interstate 280 and US Highway 101. Shuttle and bus service to Stanford is available from nearby airports. A commuter rail line, CalTrain also connects the Peninsula. Stanford's free Marguerite Shuttle connects with CalTrain and downtown Palo Alto.
From the Airports
The San Francisco Bay Area is served by three major international airports: San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland.
From San Francisco Airport: Take HWY-101 SOUTH (toward San Jose) and follow the Highway 101 directions.
From San Jose Airport: Take HWY-101 NORTH (toward San Francisco) and follow the Highway 101 directions.
From Oakland Airport: Take I-880 SOUTH (toward San Jose) to CA-92 WEST (direction Half Moon Bay) to HWY-101 SOUTH (direction San Jose) and follow the Highway 101 directions.
On CalTrain
Line A of the Marguerite Shuttle runs between the Palo Alto and California Avenue CalTrain stations. Line A stops in front of the Medical School. Line B, from the Palo Alto station only, stops in front of the main entrance to Stanford Hospital.
From the Highways:
Take the University Avenue exit West (toward Palo Alto / Stanford). As you enter the gates to Stanford, University Avenue changes names to Palm Drive. Continue on Palm Drive to Arboretum Road, at the traffic light. Turn RIGHT on Arboretum. At the next light, turn LEFT on Quarry Road. Turn RIGHT from Quarry Road onto Welch Road. Follow around the curve. The Primary Care Associate Program is located at 1215 Welch Road in Modular G. Unfortunately, there is little metered parking around our location, but pay parking can be found at the Stanford Hospital. Directions to the hospital and parking structures are below.
To Stanford Hospital main entrance: Turn RIGHT from Quarry Road onto Welch Road. Follow around the curve. Turn LEFT on Pasteur Drive, which will take you to the front entrance of the hospital. For guest parking, turn LEFT on Blake Wilbur Drive and use the parking structure.

Directions from Interstate 280:
Take the Sand Hill Road exit to the east (toward Palo Alto / Stanford). Turn RIGHT on Pasteur Drive. Turn RIGHT from Pasteur Drive onto Welch Road. Follow around the curve. The Primary Care Associate Program is located at 1215 Welch Road in Modular G. Unfortunately, there is little metered parking around our location, but pay parking can be found at the Stanford Hospital. Directions to the hospital and parking structures are below.
To Stanford Hospital main entrance: Pasteur Drive will take you to the front entrance of the hospital. For guest parking, turn LEFT on Blake Wilbur Drive and use the parking structure.
