Welcome to 3165

Stanford University School of Medicine, has committed to a long term lease of 3165 Porter Drive and is renovating it to be a key anchor of the TnI Park facilities at Porter Drive. The building is a concrete building, built in 1962 with 91,600 gsf. 

The Center for Genomics and Personlized Medicine, The Genome Technology Center, the Stanford Center for Sleep Sciences and Medicine, and the Canary Center for Early Cancer Detection, will be relocated to 3165 Porter Drive in three phases between June-December, 2013.  A $23.8 million renovation of the building has just been completed.  The building will contain specialized radiochemistry facilities, 40K gsf of new biology laboratories and new fabrication facilities for the Genome Technology Center.
