Mentoring Postdoctoral Scholars - Workshops for Faculty

A semi-annual workshop on Mentoring Postdoctoral Scholars: Setting Expectations and Managing Performance Effectively is offered semi-annually to junior faculty members at Stanford.  The workshop covers elements of University policy that are intertwined with the mentoring and performance of postdocs, offers strategies to set expectations and manage conflict, and is a forum for assistant and associate professors to share and discuss common experiences and concerns.  Workshop taught be Rania Sanford and Margo Horn.
