The Children's Home Pharmacy prepares medications and provides personalized education and training on medications and how to administer them. We work closely with your child's Packard Children's Hospital physician to ensure a smooth, safe transition from the hospital or clinic to your child's home. A pharmacist is "on call" is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for emergencies.
