BioX2 Supercomputing Cluster
Structural Biology is proud to be a key sponsor of the Bio-X2 cluster. These facilities are hallmarks of the global Bio-X Program, the purpose of which is to foster communication campus wide amongst the various disciplines in biosciences, biomedicine, and bioengineering.
The Bio-X2 supercomputer is a dream machine with 2,208 64-bit processors in 276 dual quad core nodes each with 16GB of memory and a 48 TB shared parallel file system. This Top 500 ranked cluster is available to students, postdocs and researchers conducting research in biology, bioengineering, and computer science.
