The Department of Urology is recruiting faculty members to join to its distinguished group of medical professionals. We are in search of physicians who are committed to continuing state-of-the-art research, dedicated to improving clinical care and medical education, and advancing the craft of medicine.

We are Currently Recruiting for the Following Positions:

Urologic Oncologist (MCL or UTL-Line)

We are searching for a fellowship trained urologic oncologist to join the Department faculty in the Medical Center Line (MCL) or University Tenure Line (UTL).  Faculty rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.  The predominant criterion for appointment for faculty in the Medical Center Line is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.  The predominant criterion for appointment in the University Tenure Line is a major commitment to research and teaching, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.  The successful applicant should have completed a 2-year fellowship in urologic oncology and be eligible for medical licensure in the state of California. 
 

Pediatric Urologist (MCL or UTL-Line)

We are searching for a board certified urologist with a subspecialty training in Pediatric Urology to join the Department as an Assistant, Associate or full Professor in the Medical Center Line or University Tenure Line (UTL). Faculty rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.  The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the Medical Center Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. The predominant criterion for appointment in the University Tenure Line is a major commitment to research and teaching, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.  The successful applicant should have fellowship training from an accredited Pediatric Urology program.
 

Pediatric Urologist (CE-Line)

We are searching for a urologist with subspecialty training in Pediatric Urology to be appointed in the Clinician Educator line at either the Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate or Clinical Professor level depending on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities will include care of inpatients and outpatients, participation in clinical trials, and teaching of medical students, residents and clinical fellows. Necessary qualifications include eligibility for a California medical license, and suitable clinical and teaching experience.  Successful applicants should demonstrate excellence in clinical care, clinical teaching, and institutional service, and will be encouraged to interact with the wide range of clinical, translational and basic science programs offered at Stanford.
