Axess Online W-2 Form
Current and prior year W-2 Forms are available to employees directly in Axess. Axess offers a convenient and secure method for downloading and/or printing an official version of your W-2 Form. W-2 Forms for tax years 2009 – 2014 are currently live in Axess. Click View W-2/W-2c Forms Online on the Employee tab to view. W-2 Forms for 2015 will be available in Axess by January 15. Paper W-2 Forms, for those who have not consented for online delivery, will be mailed by January 30.
Our continued arrangement with W-2Express (an Equifax product) allows secure W-2 Form access for former employees of Stanford. Additionally, W-2 Express offers integration for all employees to the major tax preparation software providers (TurboTax, H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, etc.). Consent for Online Delivery
Employees are encouraged to consent for online delivery of their W-2 Form. Online delivery is a convenient and secure alternative to U.S. mail delivery. Additionally, online W-2 Forms are generally available 2 – 3 weeks prior to the printed version of the form.
To consent for online delivery in Axess, click W-2/W-2c Consent on the Employee Center tab. You will receive an email confirmation of your consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by following the same process.
