We strive to provide reliable, accessible, and predictable construction related services while honoring our commitment to ensure all construction complies with State, regional and local code requirements. We have assembled a team of representatives from Utilities, Public Works, Planning & Community Environment, Fire Prevention Bureau, and Building Division to help guide you through all construction related compliance services. Our team of project coordinators will help assess your needs and guide you through the development review process until a permit is issued. Stop in any time from 9am - 4pm Monday through Friday at our convenient location at 285 Hamilton Avenue, across the street from City Hall.
Once you have received a permit our team of inspectors will respond to your inspection requests via our Inspection Voice Response system or through a live operator. Our inspectors are equipped with the latest in mobile inspection technology and strive to provide predicable and reliable inspections. They have published a series of construction inspection guidelines to help simplify what the inspectors look for in the field.
