September 7, 2017 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week,” Jared Taylor Roberts, 27, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force during a vehicle stop in Lowell, Massachusetts.


September 6, 2017 - The search for wanted fugitive Emilio Delarose is over. With assistance of the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department, Patterson Division, U.S. Marshals located and arrested him today at approximately 7 a.m. at a Patterson, California home where he was allegedly living.


September 6, 2017 - This morning, just featured “Fugitive of the Week,” Eric Lassonde, 25, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force during a stop of vehicle driven by a known associate.


September 5, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service District Court for the District of Columbia initiated a warrant round-up named Operation Guardian. The operation commenced on Monday, August 14 and concluded on Friday, August 25.


September 1, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is requesting the public’s help in locating two federal fugitives.


September 1, 2017 - On Aug. 31, the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force arrested Kyle Krumm, 28, on an anonymous tip received through Washington’s Most Wanted.


September 1, 2017 - After receiving several dozen tips that spanned from coast to coast, the United States Marshal’s – N.H. Joint Fugitive Task Force is happy to announce the arrest of escaped fugitive, Eric Judkins. Last night Mr. Judkins was located and arrested without incident at a residence in Howard, Pennsylvania.


September 1, 2017 - Peyton Eidson, 72, was taken into custody today at the San Francisco International Airport, after being escorted by Australian Immigration officials from Queensland, Australia. Eidson was charged in 1988 with conspiracy to import marijuana and fraud.


August 31, 2017 - A police chase ran flat this morning when a sex offender on the run for three years was captured after he tried to get away from a Marshals fugitive task force on his bicycle. Linwood Tyner Jr., 54, wanted for failing to register as a sex offender, as well as a probation violation charge, was arrested by U.S. Marshals and Norfolk fugitive detectives in Huntersville.


August 30, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals along with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry Program and the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department conducted a residence verification operation for registered sex offenders.


August 29, 2017 -Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Charles Schoonover, 32, in Vandling, PA. On August 3, 2017, the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office obtained an arrest warrant charging Schoonover with rape of child and other sex offenses.


August 29, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an escaped fugitive. Eric Judkins. Monday evening Eric Judkins, 42, an inmate at the Hampshire House Half-Way House in Manchester, failed to return to the facility.


August 24, 2017 - Early this morning, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Adam Walter Searles, 28, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force hiding inside of a Dover, NH apartment of a known associate.


August 22, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force on Monday received information that Miranda Gilbert and her boyfriend were wanted by the Albuquerque Police Department for questioning about their involvement in a shooting that occurred in Albuquerque on Sunday.

August 21, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service District of New Mexico is extremely proud to announce the opening of a greatly needed office in Farmington, New Mexico. . The office, located at 110 S. Fairview Ave in the heart of Farmington and was specifically designed to provide an additional area of service for deputy U.S. Marshals and the South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Taskforce.


August 17, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service Metro Fugitive Task Force for the District of Nebraska led a sex offender compliance operation in Gage and Saline counties Wednesday, checking nearly 100 offenders for compliance.


August 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico added Jorge Ramos to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted today. Ramos has a lengthy criminal history to include narcotics, kidnapping, aggravated assaults, and violation of protection orders, obstructing/resisting officers, and evading.


August 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico has been conducting Operation “Alpha and Omega” in New Mexico since May 15. The operation partners the U.S. Marshals with the New Mexico Department of Corrections and local law enforcement agencies across the state in conducting a statewide fugitive gang member operation.


August 14, 2017 - Late Saturday evening, “Fugitive of the Week,” Christopher Michael Smith, 45, was arrested without incident by members of the Nashua Police Department as a result of an anonymous tip in Nashua (NH).


August 9, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that during the afternoon hours of August 8, 2017, the U.S. Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force (PSWRFTF) arrested fugitive Shakeem MILNER on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Cincinnati, Ohio for the charges of Felonious Assault, Aggravated Robbery, and Robbery.


August 4, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force here took one fugitive into custody this evening, while another fugitive surrendered to the San Francisco police, ending the nationwide manhunt for the pair following the issuance of arrest warrants for first degree murder in Chicago earlier this week.


August 4, 2017 - The search for wanted fugitive Alfredo “Freddie” Valdovinos is over. U.S. Marshals located and arrested him at approximately 3:45 p.m. today at a Fresno convenience store. Valdovinos was wanted for his alleged domestic altercation with his girlfriend.


August 4, 2017 - Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Stephen Brown, 28, and Kevin Rodriguez-Zapata, 33, in York Pennsylvania. On August 3, 2017, the York City Police Department charged Brown with rape and other sex related offenses for an incident that occurred in May of 2014 in York City.


August 3, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals today arrested a fugitive featured on Sunday’s episode of “The Hunt With John Walsh.” Dean Albert “Dino” Curcio was wanted by the Boulder Police Department on charges of sexual assault of a child by a person in a position of trust.


August 3, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force late Wednesday afternoon arrested a “Fugitive of the Week” wanted on an outstanding Strafford County warrant for a probation violation for possession of fentanyl.


August 2, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force today arrested a man wanted for first degree murder in connection with a hit-and-run incident.


July 31, 2017 - The US Marshals, Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the assistance of the public in locating fugitive Aguilar Valentin also known as Valentin Aguilar. Aguilar Valentin is wanted on federal charges of distribution of cocaine.


July 31, 2017 - A fugitive on the run from federal drug charges since the late 1980’s has been tracked down. Humberto Bonilla, 68, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals in New Jersey earlier this month.


July 20, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service-led Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force have arrested Anthony Declet Rivera, aka “Chio,” who was wanted by federal authorities on a warrant issued by a federal grand jury.


July 20, 2017 - “Fugitive of the Week” Kylie Anne Dugan, 28, was arrested this morning without incident by officers from the Dover Police Department at a family member’s Spruce Lane residence.


July 20, 2017 - U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Task Force began STAR Operation Alpha and Omega, combining efforts with New Mexico Department of Corrections and local law enforcement agencies to conduct a statewide gang fugitive operation.


July 20, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Brian J. Freeman Jr., a 23-year-old man, wanted for aggravated assault and firearm-related offenses in York, PA.


July 14, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Fugitive Task Force arrested Vernon King, 27, in Philadelphia


July 14, 2017 - U.S. Marshals arrested a Jackson County fugitive at a home in Altus late Thursday night. Leslie Kebay Thomas was wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting of a home belonging to an Altus Police Officer on July 10.


July 14, 2017 - The search for wanted fugitive Ibn Luqman Haqq is over. U.S. Marshals located and arrested him at approximately 5 a.m. today at a Sacramento area apartment where he was allegedly living with the support of his wife.


July 13, 2017 - Beginning in 2015, numerous valley residents were contacted by unknown callers claiming to be representatives of the U.S. Marshals Service, stating that the recipient of the call failed to report for jury duty.


July 12, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico is conducting a statewide fugitive gang operation named Operation Alpha and Omega, partnering with the New Mexico Department of Corrections (NMCD) and local law enforcement agencies across the state. The operation began May 15 and will is slated to conclude Dec. 31


July 11, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico has added a violent offender to its “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” David Berryhill is wanted by the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office for receiving stolen property (firearm), possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon, racketeering (participating in racketeering activity), and receiving and disposing of stolen property.


July 11, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Middle Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force today arrested two suspects wanted in a criminal homicide that occurred Sunday here. Monday the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant Jose Castro-Oquendo, 31, and Juan Castro-Oquendo, 35, charging them with criminal homicide.


July 11, 2017 - A suspect wanted for murder in Memphis ran to Dallas, but he could not evade U.S. Marshals task forces. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant June 30 for the arrest of Avalon Davis on charges of first-degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and aggravated robbery.


July 11, 2017 - A man wanted for three murders committed in 2015 in the Memphis area was arrested by U.S. Marshals task forces today. September 26, 2015, Anthony Isom, Chasity Springfield, and Michael Glover were killed in the area of 1500 Lake Grove, Memphis.


July 11, 2017 - On 6/30/17 a warrant was issued by Shelby County for the arrest of Avalon Davis on charges of First Degree Murder, Especially Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Robbery.


July 10, 2017 - On Monday, July 10, 2017, U.S. Marshals arrested 35 year-old Israel Vega Malave of Mililani in Guayama, Puerto Rico. Malave was wanted by the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) on a State of Hawaii arrest warrant for failure to appear


July 10, 2017 - Last evening, “Fugitive of the Week,” Richard Williams, Jr., 38, was arrested by several officers from the Derry Police Department as he attempted to flee out the rear of a family owned business in Derry.


July 08, 2017 - On Friday, July 7th, Efrain Olague-Valdez, 38, was extradited back to the United States after his arrest in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico. Olague-Valdez was wanted by the Phoenix Police Department for 3 counts of 1st Degree Murder.


July 7, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Jeremy Sonny, 30, in Wilkes-Barre, PA. It is alleged that Sonny attacked his victim with a knife causing multiple injuries for which the victim was treated at an area hospital.


July 03, 2017 - On Monday, June 26, 2017, members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force and the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) conducted a five-day operation on Oahu targeting fugitives with outstanding state felony arrest warrants.


June 30, 2017 - Fugitive teenager Taymor Travon McIntyre, 17, wanted for Capital Murder, is now in custody. McIntyre was apprehended this afternoon at approximately 2 pm Eastern Standard Time in Elizabeth, New Jersey by the U.S. Marshals’ New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.


June 30, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating New Mexico’s Most Wanted Fugitive Carlos Sanchez (08/10/1982).


June 29, 2017 - Early this afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week,” Ronaldo Lucien Towers, 32, was arrested without incident by the by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force at a Christian Avenue apartment in Concord.


June 28, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service is looking for New Mexico’s Most Wanted Fugitive Martin Lopez. Lopez is wanted on a NM probation violation warrant for the original charge of resisting an officer or arrest.


June 27, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public today of a telephone scam involving a fraudulent caller contacting members of the public and alleging they have an active federal arrest warrant or bench warrant and demanding payment of fines.


June 26, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is asking for the public’s assistance in apprehending a violent fugitive. The U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force is currently searching for fugitive Taymor Travon McIntyre, wanted for Capital Murder. McIntyre is approximately 5 ft, 7 inches tall, and 124 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a medium brown complexion.


June 26, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service added John Sena to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted List earlier this morning. Sena was arrested this afternoon by the New Mexico Corrections Department Security Threat Investigations Unit and the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force Officers.


June 26, 2017 - On 6/23/2017 wanted Fugitive Hoyt Lynn Inman was spotted entering the Mesilla Mall. New Mexico State Police was notified and located Inman attempting to find a place to hide. Inman seemed to realize that there was nowhere to hide when he began running and was quickly surrounded by police. Inman gave up and was taken into custody without further incident. Inman was wanted by the NM Department of Corrections for a Probation Violation for Burglary of a Residence/Larceny.


June 26, 2017 - Last Thursday night, “Fugitive of the Week,” Ryan Faulconer, was arrested by the Salem, NH Police Department. According to reports from the Salem Police, loss prevention from the Salem Walmart contacted the police after someone was observed departing the store with a television without paying and getting into a car.


June, 23, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service-led task force in the Eastern District of North Carolina arrested a man wanted in Arizona for violating the terms of his period of supervised release following a federal conviction for illegal re-entry of a removed alien. U.S. Marshals investigators in Arizona developed information that indicated Omar Vasquez-Roman was possibly in North Carolina and requested the assistance of the Eastern District of North Carolina Violent Fugitive Task Force.


June 22, 2017 - The United States Marshal’s - NH Joint Fugitive Task Force - has been requested to assist in the location of escaped Belknap County prisoner, Tamara Ipock. During the afternoon of June, 22, 2017, Ipock was being transported to the Belknap County Jail, when she was able to free herself from one of her handcuffs, and flee from the transport vehicle.


June 20, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of homicide suspects, Deshawn Taylor and George Bermudez in Scranton and York respectively.


June 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is offering up to a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of two fugitives (James Osler and Requon Dillard) stemming from the shooting of an elderly Platte County man during an Armed Robbery in February 2017.


June 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico has been conducting Operation “Alpha and Omega,” in New Mexico. The Operation runs from May 15, 2017 – December 31, 2017. Operation Alpha and Omega will partner the United States Marshals Service in NM with the New Mexico Department of Corrections and local law enforcement agencies across the state in conducting a statewide fugitive gang member operation.


June 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the Eastern District of Tennessee announced today the apprehension of Roshaun Colbert in Knoxville. Colbert, a known gang member, was arrested today by a team of Smoky Mountains Fugitive Task Force officers. Colbert was on trial in April, 2017, for Evading Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, and Attempted Tampering with Evidence.


June 15, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Marlenea Uravage in Nanticoke, PA. The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Uravage with Assault for an incident occurring on May 28, 2017.


June 15, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Kareem Henderson in Chambersburg. On May 5, 2017 authorities in North Carolina obtained an arrest warrant charging Henderson with two counts of first degree Murder.


June 15, 2017 - This morning, “Fugitive of the Week,” Jerome Carter was discovered living in Farmington, NH. The fugitive task force saw Mr. Carter leaving a residence in New Durham, NH in a car this morning. This car was stopped by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of the New Durham and the Farmington Police Departments. Carter had been wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Violating his Conditions of Supervised Release, after being convicted and sentenced on a federal charge of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.


June 13, 2017 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - A man who was on the U.S. Marshals’ 15 Most Wanted list for a double homicide committed in 2011 in Dorchester, Mass., was captured in Haiti and has been brought back to the U.S. to face charges. Jean Weevens Janvier was placed on the 15 Most Wanted list in February 2016.


June 10, 2017 - On June 09, 2017 Investigators with the United States Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force and Detectives with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andrew Eastman. Eastman was an escaped inmate from South Dakota and was also wanted for questioning in relation to a homicide that occurred in Rapid City South Dakota.


June 09, 2017 - Police have charged and arrested the suspect from a recent deadly Ocean View shooting. Jamal Branch was captured in Portsmouth last night by U.S. Marshals along with the Norfolk and Portsmouth fugitive squads.


June 07, 2017 - Thanks to a Crime Line tip, a convicted sex offender on the run from new sexual assault charges has been arrested on the opposite side of the country. Daniel Arnold Nickerson was arrested by the U.S. Marshals in San Francisco last night near a homeless shelter he had been residing at.


June 06, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Joshua Ragland. Ragland was wanted by the Springfield Police Department for Felonious Assault, Discharging a Firearm, and Weapons Under Disability.


June 02, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the Eastern District of Tennessee announced today the apprehension of Ryan Edward Wilson, of Huntsville, Alabama. Wilson was arrested Thursday evening in Newport, TN, by a team of Deputy U.S. Marshals, Smoky Mountains Fugitive Task Force officers, and Cocke County Sheriff’s deputies.


June 01, 2017 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Steven Bussiere, was arrested by the Manchester Police and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Bussiere had been wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants. The first warrant was issued by the NH Parole Board for violations of parole, stemming from an original conviction and sentence for Robbery; the second warrant was issued by the Goffstown Police Department, alleging that Bussiere had committed the crime of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault.


May 31, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Tito Arita Cruz, of Williamsport, Maryland. Cruz had been charged by the West Virginia State Police with four counts of Sexual Assault of a Minor in Berkeley County.


May 30, 2017 - This past Friday, “Fugitive of the Week,” Christopher Rabbia, was arrested by the Boston Police Department in the vicinity of 800 Boylston Street, near the Prudential Center. Rabbia had been wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for violations of supervised release, stemming from his original conviction and sentence for Aggravated Identity Fraud.


May 28, 2017 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Vincente Perez, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Epsom Police Department during a vehicle stop just outside of the Epsom traffic circle. Perez had been wanted on outstanding arrest warrants from both the NH Parole Board and the Northwood Police Department. The NH Parole Board wanted Perez on parole violations, stemming from his original conviction and sentence for narcotics offenses.


May 23, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico, along with of the New Mexico Department of Correction, apprehended Tyree Mitchell Monday. A second gang member, Manual Torres, was arrested by New Mexico State Police, after a traffic stop.


May 22, 2017 - U.S. Marshals in Florida Monday arrested a Pennsylvania sex offender who had failed to register with the state police.


May 22, 2017 - “Fugitive of the Week” Alan Scholefield, 43, was arrested without incident in Bangor, Maine, May 19. Scholefield had been wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants, including one for a New Hampshire parole violation, and another for aggravated trafficking of drugs in Maine.


May 19, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public of several nationwide telephone scams involving individuals claiming to be U.S. marshals, court officers, or other law enforcement officials.


May 17, 2017 - After seven months on the run, a convicted criminal out of Eastland County has been captured due to the diligence of the U.S. Marshals and their North Texas Fugitive Task Force. Vance Gwinn was wanted out of Eastland County following his convictions on charges of Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury and Delivery of a Controlled Substance in October 2016.


May 17, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Shawn Barnes in Elmira, NY. On May 15, 2017, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Barnes with Rape of a Child and other sex offenses.


May 16, 2017 - Hoyt Lynn Inman is wanted by the NM Department of Corrections for a Probation Violation for Burglary of a Residence/Larceny. Due to his violent history, this fugitive should be considered dangerous, especially towards law enforcement. Inman has an extensive violent criminal history and has multiple convictions, including; Aggravated Assault upon Peace Officer with a Deadly Weapon Resulting in Great Bodily Harm or Death, Child Abuse, Burglary of a Vehicle, and Evading Arrest.


May 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is offering up to a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of two fugitives stemming from the shooting of an elderly Platte County man during an armed robbery in February 2017. James Osler and Re'quon Dillard are believed to be at large in the Kansas City metro area following the shooting and both actively receiving assistance by family and friends.


May 15, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrests of Chelsea Robinson and Shane Macnamee. On May 5, 2017, Robinson was being escorted from the Wyoming County Courthouse to the Wyoming County Correctional Facility in Tunkannock, PA. While in custody, Robinson escaped from her escorts and into an awaiting vehicle. The vehicle was allegedly driven by Macnamee. An Escape warrant was immeditaley issued for Robinson and a warrant charging Macamee was issued on May 8th for Conspiracy.


May 15, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico will be conducting Operation “Alpha and Omega,” within New Mexico from May 15, 2017 – December 31, 2017. Operation Alpha and Omega will partner the U.S. Marshals Service in NM with the New Mexico Department of Corrections and local law enforcement agencies across the state in conducting a statewide fugitive gang member operation.


May 12, 2017 - U.S. Marshals teamed up with the Norfolk fugitive squad, gang squad, and homicide division to capture three homicide suspects and take several firearms off the street this week. All three homicide suspects were taken into custody within 24 hours of their arrest warrants being issued.


May 06, 2017 - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico, would like to announce that the U.S. Marshals Service will post a reward for up to $2,000 for information that leads to the arrest of Paul Garcia who escaped from the Sandoval County Detention Center on May 05, 2017.


May 04, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service, Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force announces the arrest of Daniel Greer in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at 10:00am this morning. Greer was charged by the West Mifflin Police Department with Criminal Attempt-Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering another Person, Firearms offenses and Simple Assault.


May 02, 2017 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the U.S. Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, Charles Town Police Department, Shepherdstown Police Department and West Virginia Department of Parole, arrested Tyler Wynkoop in Kearneysville, WV. Tyler Wynkoop escaped from Pruntytown Correctional Center on March 31, 2017.


May 02, 2017 - This morning, “Fugitive of the Week,” Mark Pate, was arrested without incident on Mallard Avenue in Dorchester, Mass. Pate had been wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for violations of conditions of supervised release. April 28, 2017 - In 2017 the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force has been placing extra emphasis on catching fugitives accused of sex crimes. Investigators with the task force located and arrested Larreal Brown in Los Angeles. Brown was wanted by Shelby County on accusations of Aggravated Rape, Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Assault.


April 28, 2017 - Ernest Eugene Reigh, a convicted sex predator who vanished after being released from a state prison in Florida on March 01, 2017 and failing to register his address, was arrested today in Burlington, Vermont, just one day after a media blitz that covered the East Coast.


April 27, 2017 - U.S. Marshals are offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a Florida registered sex predator who vanished after being released from state prison on March 01, 2017 and failing to register his address with the St. Lucie County Jail. Ernest Eugene Reigh was last seen in Fort Pierce, Florida, but officials believe he may be in North Carolina, or on his way to Pennsylvania, where he has relatives.


April 26, 2017 - As Norfolk robbery suspect Lasrenzo Schmidt saw Marshals and Norfolk fugitive investigators coming to his front door in Newport News this morning, he thought he could get away by jumping off the second-story deck in back. Instead of hitting the ground running, Schmidt crash-landed just feet away from Marshals and Norfolk officers waiting below.


April 25, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force is happy to announce the recent arrests of two previously featured “Fugitives of the Week.” Jerry Roberts Jr. was wanted for Parole Violation, Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault; and a Sex Offender Registration violation. James Smith was wanted on several outstanding arrest warrants, including; Failure to Appear on a methamphetamine charge, Possession of Heroin, Criminal Trespass, and Willful Concealment.


April 24, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the Middle District of Alabama is again warning the public of an ongoing jury-duty phone scam where the scammer poses as a U.S. Marshal, Deputy Marshal, or other law enforcement official. The scammer calls the victim to advise that he or she has missed federal jury duty, but can avoid arrest by paying a fine immediately.


April 21, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that during the morning hours of April 21, 2017 the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Jonathan Monroe. Monroe was wanted by the Springfield Police Department for Rape of a Child under 13, Unlawful Sexual Conduct of a Minor, and Gross Sexual Imposition.


April 21, 2017 - Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Jonathan Pudish, and Wellington Arias. The Susquehanna County Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant for Pudish charging him with Failure to Comply with the conditions of bail. His original offense stems from an arrest for Possession of Child Pornography. The York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Arias charging him with Rape of a Child and other various sexual offenses.


April 20, 2017 - On 4/17/17, the U.S. Marshals Alaska Fugitive Task Force traveled to Ketchikan at the request of the Alaska State Troopers to assist in locating and arresting Ketchikan resident, Thomas Shull on his outstanding warrants for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance and Domestic Violence Assault.


 April 20, 2017 - Combined efforts of the U.S. Marshals Service, the Lane County Sheriff’s Office, and multiple police agencies in Nevada led to the arrest of Byron Van Natta in Reno, Nevada. Van Natta was wanted by the Lane County Sheriff’s Office for Sexual Abuse in the first degree, Unlawful Sexual Penetration in the second degree, and Theft in the first degree.


April 20, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Antoine McNeal yesterday in Wilkes-Barre. On January 19, 2017, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant for McNeal charging him with Criminal Homicide.


April 19, 2017 - Members assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team arrested Manuel Alarcon. Alarcon is a dangerous offender that was wanted for Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor, Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor, Bribery of a Witness, Interfering with Communications, and Child Abuse.


April 18, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service, in cooperation with the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Kansas resident Tyler Lloyd McCarley. McCarley was wanted on charges of Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Burglary, and Theft.


April 14, 2017 - A team of law enforcement officers, led by U.S. Marshals from Des Moines and Cedar Rapids, Iowa arrested an accused Mississippi carjacker without incident as he was standing outside a department store. Omar Christolis Bankhead was wanted by the Clinton, MS Police Department for allegedly carjacking a Mississippi College student at gunpoint in a campus parking garage.


April 14, 2017 - Members of the United States Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, Newark Division, arrested Fouquon Jones in Newark. Jones was wanted by the Bureau of Alcohol and Tobacco on charges of being a convicted Felon in Possession of a Weapon.


April 14, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is looking for 3 violent offenders that are believed to be in the area. David Valverde is wanted for Failure to Appear, Kidnapping, Criminal Sexual Penetration, Criminal Sexual Contact and Tampering with Evidence. Frankie Rivera is wanted for Probation Violation and Trafficking Cocaine. Aaron Gonzalez is wanted for Probation Violation, Child Abuse and Aggravated Fleeing from Law Enforcement.


April 14, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico, Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, comprised of Deputy United States Marshals, the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office, the Farmington Police Department, and the New Mexico State Police, apprehended violent offender, Joshua Alcon.


April 13, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Waverly Pleasant. On April 06, 2017, the Albany Police Department (NY) obtained an arrest warrant for Pleasant charging him with Murder in the second degree.


April 13, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. announces the arrest of Gustavo “Taby” Falcon, a fugitive who has been wanted on federal drug charges for 26 years. In 1991, Falcon was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Southern District of Florida on charges of Conspiracy to Import and Distribute a Controlled Substance. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Falcon on April 10, 1991.


April 13, 2017 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Michael William Lovely, was located hiding in a locked room of Barrington home on Long Shores Drive. Lovely was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Rochester Police Department alleging multiple assault related charges surrounding an incident in Rochester that resulted in a recent SWAT situation.

April 07, 2017 - U.S. Marshals and the Virginia State Police announce the arrest of 13 convicted felons, including 11 non-compliant sex offenders during “Operation Hook and Haul”, a three day operation in Henrico, Petersburg and Richmond City. “Hook and Haul” ran from April 4th thru April 6th targeting the most dangerous criminals with a focus on violent sex offenders.


April 06, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Marquan Way and Richard Washington in York and Ohio respectively. The York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Way with Criminal Attempt – Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Prohibited Firearm. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant charging Washington with Failure to Appear and two counts of Homicide by Vehicle.


April 05, 2017 - A suspect wanted in connection with a 2017 homicide in Lansing, Michigan, was arrested by a joint law enforcement fugitive task force Tuesday afternoon in Detroit, Michigan. The suspect, Dequaries Jackson, is charged with Homicide and parole violations.


April 04, 2017 - Late last night, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive Alton Ryan during a vehicle stop on Loudon Road in Concord, NH. Ryan had been wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Concord Police Department in November of 2016 on a charge of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.


April 03, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive Justin Randall in Effingham, NH. Randall has been on the run since the issuance of a parole warrant in 2004. At that time, Mr. Randall was on parole for receiving stolen property. Since 2004, Randall has amassed other warrants, including a 2009 Carroll County arrest warrant for failing to appear on a child neglect case; a 2010 Carroll County arrest warrant for sexual assault, and most recently a 2017 arrest warrant for a Wakefield, NH burglary.


April 01, 2017 - From March 28th to March 30th, the U.S. Marshals Service conducted “Operation Justice 2017,” a metro wide fugitive round-up involving 24 law enforcement agencies from Maricopa and Pinal counties. The operation targeted violent fugitives wanted for higher level felony crimes including robbery, sexual assault, dangerous drugs, and aggravated assault.


March 21, 2017 - Shortly before noon today, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Pennsylvania fugitive, Gary Wayne Melick, Jr. in Nashua, NH.  Melick was being sought on an arrest warrant for an alleged statutory rape of a 15 year old girl.  This rape reportedly occurred on March 12, 2017 in Franklin Township, Pennsylvania.


March 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshal Service for the District of New Mexico, Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, comprised of the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office, the New Mexico Department of Correction, and the New Mexico State Police, apprehended sex offender Joseph Franco.


March 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is requesting your help in locating the following Federal Fugitives: Angelique Valdez and Charlene Munoz. Valdez has a state 3rd degree felony warrant for 2 counts of Abuse of Child. March 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals are seeking the public’s help in locating Raymond “RJ” McLeod, a person of interest in the death of his girlfriend in June 2016.


March 14, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Brandon Carr. Carr was wanted by the Dayton Police Department for Murder, Felonious Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Kidnapping.


March 08, 2017 - A months long search for a first degree murder suspect has ended today with the arrest of Rodricus Mason. On July 01, 2016, Roan Gardner Jr. was shot and killed outside of 2757 Kimball. In August 2017, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Rodricus Mason for this crime.


March 07, 2017 - On March 05, 2017, New Mexico State Police arrested Daniel Romero. Romero was on the U.S. Marshals Service’s New Mexico’s Most Wanted. Romero was wanted by the New Mexico State Police for failing to appear on charges that include Aggravated Assault, Resisting an Officer and Aggravated Assault Against a Family Member.


March 07, 2017 - The U.S. Marshal Service in New Mexico adds two new violent offenders to the District of New Mexico’s “Most Wanted Program.” Jermaine Garcia and Joshua Alcon are both violent offenders and are currently wanted by the Santa Fe Police Department and San Juan County Sheriff’s Office respectively.


March 07, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking the public’s help in locating Torrain Johnson. Johnsas been wanted by the King George County Sheriff’s Office in Virginia since July 2009 for his failure to appear for court proceedings, stemming from felony drug charges of Possession of Controlled Sbstances and Possession with Intent to Manufacture Drugs.


March 06, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Shazmir Martino. The Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant for Martino charging him with two counts of Murder of the third degree, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Assault by Vehicle, two counts of Homicide by Vehicle, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Officer and Accident Involving Death/Injury Not Properly Licensed.


March 03, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Robert Crowe  in San Jose, CA. On November 3rd, 2016, the York County District Attorny’s Office obtained an arrest warrant charging Crowe with Aggravated Assault, Intimidation Witness/Victim, Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize another and Simple Assault.

February 28, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Tyrone Summerville and Jerimell Johnson in York, PA. The York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Summerville with Strangulation, Simple Assault and Harassment.  On February 27, 2017 a warrant was issued for Johnson charging him with Aggravated Indecent Assault – Forcible Compulsion, Indecent Assault – Forcible Compulsion, Simple Assault and Aggravated Assault.


February 28, 2017 - The subject of an Interpol Red Notice, wanted for a July 10, 2016 murder in the Dominican Republic, was arrested Thursday by U.S. Marshals and Immigrations & Customs Enforcement agents with the New York/ New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force. Kelbin Perez De Los Santos was being sought on an international arrest warrant for fatally shooting a man with a shotgun in a restaurant after a verbal altercation.


February 27, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public of a nationwide telephone scam involving individuals claiming to be U.S. marshals, court officers or law enforcement officials seeking to collect a fine in lieu of arrest for failing to report for jury duty. The U.S. Marshals Service does not call anyone to arrange payment of fines over the phone for failure to appear for jury duty or any other infraction.


February 27, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service in New Mexico added Jonathan Sanchez, and Nathaniel Watchman to the U.S. Marshals Service District of New Mexico “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.”


February 27, 2017 - On February 24, 2017, the U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico, Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, apprehended alleged homicide suspect Antoinette Martinez.


February 24, 2017 - Allegheny County homicide suspect Ian Guliani, also known as Ian Kaminski, was apprehended this morning by members of the United States Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force. Guliana was charged by the Allegheny County Police Department with Criminal Homicide, Robbery, Burglary and Conspiracy.


February 24, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico adds four violent offenders to the District of New Mexico’s “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Daniel Benally is wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Stuart Notah is wanted for Failure to Comply with Probation for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. Bobby Herbold is wanted for Violation of a Court Order, Aggravated Battery, Burglary and Larceny. Daniel Romero is wanted for failure to Appear on charges that include Aggravated Assault, Resisting Officer and Aggravated Assault-Family.


February 23, 2017 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the United States Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, Martinsburg Police Department and West Virginia Department of Parole, arrested Shane Bradley in Bunker Hill, WV. Shane Bradley was wanted by the West Virginia State Police on the charge of Attempted Murder in Berkeley County, West Virginia.


February 22, 2017 - The District of New Mexico held the New Mexico Tribal Outreach Meeting at the National Indian Programs Training Center (NIPTC) in Albuquerque, NM. The training brought together 18 federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies.

February 21, 2017 - Deputy U.S. Marshals assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force arrested fugitive Emilio Mirabal. Mirabal was wanted by the Albuquerque Police Department for an Open Count of Murder and Robbery.


February 17, 2017 - U.S. Marshals from California Inland Empire Team 8 and the Investigative Operations Division, working in conjunction with information received by the Las Cruces, NM Southwest Investigative Fugitive Task Force, were led to a motel in Riverside County, where New Mexico’s Most Wanted Fugitive Jose Alfredo Morales was laying low. Task Force officers observed Morales leave the hotel room with a small child and walk across the street to the Taco Bell. Task Force officers immediately approached him, quickly identified him and placed him under arrest for Probation Violation, Failure to Appear, and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.


 February 17, 2017 - Devon Webb, from Madison, WI, was arrested today in Cleveland, OH by members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force. An arrest warrant had been issued pursuant to an investigation by the Madison Police Department where it is alleged that Webb lured an underage minor female to a Madison area hotel and attempted to have sexual contact with the victim.


February 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico added Antoinette Martinez to the District of New Mexico's “Most Wanted Program.” Martinez is wanted in connection with the shooting death of Larry Sanchez in June of 2016.


February 15, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that during the afternoon hours of February 15, 2017, the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested fugitive Kamaya Farikafi for an outstanding warrant from the Chelsea District Court for Murder.


February 14, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico added Hector Dominguez to the District of New Mexico “Most Wanted Program.” Dominguez is wanted by the Chaves County Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Murder and Tampering with Evidence.


February 14, 2017 - On February 02, 2017, the U.S. Marshal Service for the District of New Mexico added Cesar Rascon-Sierra to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted as a Violent Offender. Rascon-Sierra was wanted on a number of felony warrants including: Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition, Failure to Appear (Kidnapping). Today, Rascon-Sierra was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force.


February 14, 2017 - A suspect wanted in connection with a 2016 homicide in Lake County, Indiana, was arrested by a joint law enforcement fugitive task force. The suspect, Lacindo Luckett, is charged with Murder in the perpetration of a robbery, two counts of Robbery and one count of Auto Theft in Lake County.


February 13, 2017 - This past Thursday, “Fugitive of the Week,” Wilfredo Morales, was arrested by the Manchester Police Department. Morales was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Hillsborough County Superior Court for Failure to Appear on a charge of Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon. Additionally, Morales has an extensive and violent criminal history.


February 10, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that the U.S. Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive Cesar Romero on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Cincinnati, Ohio for the charge of Rape of a Minor.


February 10, 2017 - Yesterday the U.S. Marshals Service added violent offender Leroy Lucero to the District of New Mexico’s “Most Wanted Program.” Lucero was apprehended today in Las Vegas, NM. Lucero was wanted by the United States Marshals Service and United States Probation for violating terms of supervised release. Lucero was convicted of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.


February 09, 2017 - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico adds two violent offenders to the District of New Mexico’s “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Leroy Lucero and Ervin Yazzie are both wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and United States Probation for violating terms of supervised release.


February 08, 2017 - Today, a New Mexico’s Most Wanted Fugitive Richard Morales was located in the El Paso County Jail under the alias Johnny Morales. “Johnny Morales” was booked by the El Paso Police Department on 12/05/2016 and was charged with Resisting Arrest, Failure to Identify himself to police and Possession of a Controlled Substance (drugs).


February 08, 2017 - Members of the United States Marshals Service fugitive task force in Baltimore, Maryland tracked down and arrested Tavon Blue in Columbia, Maryland without incident. Blue was charged as a fugitive from justice and awaits extradition back to West Virginia on charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute Drugs and Felony Fleeing with Reckless Indifference.


February 08, 2017 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the U.S. States Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, and West Virginia Department of Parole, arrested Cody Silver. Silver was wanted by the West Virginia State Police on multiple charges of Sexual Assault in the First Degree and Sexual Abuse in Berkeley County, West Virginia.


February 08, 2017 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Jesse Pickard, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in a Concord, New Hampshire apartment. Pickard was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Concord Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

These New Mexico Most Wanted Fugitives are wanted on charges originating out of New Mexico for discharging their weapons in 2 separate incidents. Both fugitives are members of the Barrio Azteca Gang and have a violent criminal history.


February 02, 2017 - On February 01, 2017 the U.S. Marshal Service for the District of New Mexico added Paul Anthony Garcia to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted as a Violent Offender. Today, Paul Anthony Garcia was apprehended at the Wal-Mart McDonalds in Edgewood New Mexico thanks to the watchful eye of an anonymous concerned citizen.


January 31, 2017 - Yesterday afternoon, the U.S. Marshals Service in Jacksonville, Florida arrested Owen Gunther. Gunther was wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Adult Parole Authority for nearly a year at the time of his arrest. Gunther was also featured as one of the ‘Dangerous Dozen’ U.S. Marshals Most Wanted in Northern Ohio.


January 27, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Service, New Mexico’s Most Wanted Violent Offender James Sandoval was apprehended. Sandoval was apprehended by the Bureau of Indian Affairs on the San Felipe Pueblo. Sandoval was featured by on KOAT 7 as one of New Mexico’s Most Wanted Violent Offenders.


January 27, 2017 - Yesterday, Customs and border protection arrested New Mexico Most Wanted Fugitive Margarito Ruiz while trying to cross into the United States at the Laredo port of entry. Ruiz was wanted by New Mexico ATF on federal charges stemming from the sale of firearms and distribution of illegal narcotics.


January 27, 2017 - The U.S. Marshal Service for the District of New Mexico, Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, comprised of the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office, the New Mexico Department of Corrections, and the New Mexico State Police, apprehended Juan Rivas Jr in Albuquerque, NM. Juan Rivas is wanted by ATF and USMS on federal charges stemming from allegedly selling and distributing illegal narcotics.


January 27, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service in the District New Mexico, with the assistance of the City of Albuquerque, will destroy a large quantity of forfeited drug paraphilia. The drug paraphernalia was seized from numerous “smoke shops” and “head shops” located in Albuquerque, Roswell, Hobbs, and west Texas.


January 26, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that during the evening hours of January 25, 2017 the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested fugitive sex offender, Quincy Ray, for an outstanding warrant from the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois.


January 26, 2017 - Early this afternoon, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Robert Clark, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in a Concord, New Hampshire apartment. Clark was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Concord Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.


January 25, 2017 - U.S Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that the U.S. Marshals’ Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force (Pittsburgh Office) arrested fugitive Terenceo Griggs on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Municipal Court, Cincinnati, Ohio for Felonious Assault and Abduction.


January 25, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a fugitive wanted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for Child Sexual Assaults. Bryan Coyle, of Leraysville, Pennsylvania, was arrested in Hancock, Vermont when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals.


January 25, 2017 - A Norfolk man wanted for murder has finally been captured after six months on the run. Ricardo "Cardo" Spencer was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Maryland yesterday.


January 24, 2017 - Deputy U.S. Marshals assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team arrested fugitive Damarco Neal. Neal was wanted by the State of Illinois, Madison County, Third Judicial Circuit for Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child and Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse of a Child.


January 23, 2017 - Fugitive Jeremy Lopez-Robledo is wanted for Probation Violation and has a history of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. This Fugitive has a violent history that includes Robbery, Battery Upon a Health Care Worker, Residential Burglary, Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, Battery Upon a Peace Officer and Assault on a Peace Officer.


January 23, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Task Force, arrested Kejuan Williams in Somersworth, New Hampshire. Williams was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office for bail violations with original charges of Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Mischief and Possession of a Controlled Drug.


January 19, 2017 - Members of the Southwest Investigative Fugitive Taskforce (SWIFT) received information that fugitive Estevan Banegas may be near Hatch, NM. SWIFT team member’s investigation revealed that Banegas may have been staying at his girlfriend’s house in Salem, NM.


January 19, 2017 - U.S. Marshal for the District of Columbia Patrick A. Burke swore-in more than 3,500 law enforcement officers from across the country as special deputy U.S. Marshals for the 58th U.S. Presidential inauguration. The swearing-in ceremony was this afternoon at the D.C. Armory.


January 19, 2017 - U.S. Marshals and the Norfolk and Virginia Beach fugitive units have captured Petersburg abduction suspect Kristopher Jones and located the black BMW. The Marshals in Norfolk worked around the clock with local law enforcement partners after being notified around midnight by the Marshals in Richmond that Jones may be in Hampton Roads.


January 18, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) arrested Darrius Wright. Wright was wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Less than two hours later, SOFAST officers arrested another wanted fugitive, Terrance Baker. Baker was wanted by the Springfield Police Department for Aggravated Robbery.


January 18, 2017 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - The manhunt for alleged cop killer Markeith Loyd is over. U.S. Marshals along with officers from the Orlando Police Department, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement located the fugitive in an abandoned home in west Orlando, Florida, at approximately 7 p.m. Tuesday and took him into custody.


January 17, 2017 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The U.S. Marshals turned up the heat today in the search for the suspect in the fatal shooting of an Orlando police officer by adding him to their 15 Most Wanted list. Markeith Loyd, 41, is accused of fatally shooting Orlando police Master Sgt. Debra Clayton outside a Wal-Mart on Princeton Street at John Young Parkway on Monday.


January 17, 2017 - Michael Prudhomme turned himself into the Albuquerque Police Department. Due to the exposure of this case by the media, billboards, law enforcement, and the people of New Mexico Prudhomme found it hard to stay a fugitive from justice. Prudhomme was wanted by the Albuquerque Police Department, for Cruelty Towards a Child-Great Bodily Harm and Battery Against a Household Member.


January 17, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 11-year old boy, William Spencer. Spencer was allegedly abducted by his mother, Susan O’Connor, in May 2009 and is believed to possibly be in the Jupiter, Florida area.


January 17, 2017 - Issac Williams was arrested Friday by the United States Marshals Service in Miami, FL. Arrest warrants were issued pursuant to an investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety, where it is alleged that Williams failed to appear in court and violated the conditions of his bond on pending charges involving trafficking persons under the age of 18.


January 17, 2017 - U.S. Marshals and Norfolk police have again brought a safe conclusion to a tense standoff. Philadelphia native Karl Howard was arrested at a house in Norfolk this afternoon after he tried fleeing through a back door, hiding, and then lying to avoid arrest. Howard was wanted in connection to a Philadelphia murder that occurred in September of last year.


January 17, 2017 - Last week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Christopher Emmons, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force while hiding in a closet of a Rochester, New Hampshire home. Emmons was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Strafford Superior Court for Probation Violations. Emmons was on probation after being convicted and sentenced for the offense of second degree Assault.


January 14, 2017 - Yesterday afternoon, Raul Alferes Luesa was extradited back to the United States after his arrest in Jojulta, Morelos, Mexico. Luesa was wanted by the Phoenix Police Department for his repeated sexual abuse of multiple children.


January 12, 2017 - Brandon DeShawn Humes was arrested this morning by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, Converse Police Department, and Live Oak Police Department in Live Oak, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Fort Worth Police Department after Humes was indicted for Murder.


January 12, 2017 - Amos Rojas Jr., U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Florida would like to warn the South Florida public of a federal jury scam that may involve threats of fines and/or jail time. The deceptive caller may telephone your home, cellphone, work phone, or email you with threats that you have missed federal jury service and if you don’t comply with their requests, you could be fined or face jail time.


January 11, 2017 - In November of 2016 Kendell Selina was arrested by the Albuquerque Police Department. Selina was wanted by the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department for Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor and Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor and the New Mexico Corrections Department of Probation & Parole for Violations of Probation and Parole.


January 05, 2017 - On January 4, 2017, Anselmo Javier-Jimenez was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Joint Fugitive Task Force in the Middle District of North Carolina, assisted by the Elkin Police Department. On June 6, 2016, a warrant for arrest was issued for Javier-Jimenez by the Omaha Police Department in Nebraska for First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.


Janaury 05, 2017 - A man wanted for two recent Norfolk shootings went to great lengths to avoid arrest this morning. Donnie Eugene Graham was arrested by Marshals and Norfolk detectives after an eventful arrest at a Chesapeake residence.


January 04, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals are warning the public of an ongoing jury duty telephone scam. It begins when the scammer, posing as a U.S. Marshal or other law enforcement officer, calls a victim to advise that he or she has missed federal jury duty but can avoid arrest by paying a fine immediately.


January 04, 2017 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Frederick Piercey, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Rindge, New Hampshire. Piercey was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Keene Police Department for a sex offender registration violation for failing to register.
