Grants and Finance Coordinator, Water and Food Program

Bio

Naomi is the Grants & Finance Coordinator for the Food and Water programs. She manages the grants, finances, and subagreements for both programs, and provides support to staff on matters of contract compliance, reporting requirements, and administrative tasks. She also serves as the Sustainability Champion for the Water Program.

Naomi previously worked in program management for a government naval contracting organization. She worked for Awamaki in Ollantaytambo, Cusco, Peru as a sustainable tourism intern working for gender equality through supporting indigenous women’s financial independence. She has also worked as an intern for the United States Senate, and served on the editorial boards of several publications.

She holds a B.A. in International Relations from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

From New Orleans, she lives in Arlington, VA, and enjoys cooking, exploring new cultures, and reading in various DC parks.
