Insurance Requirements for Suppliers and Vendors
When a supplier performs service on campus, the University requires a proof of insurance. The event sponsor must work with the vendor or supplier to confirm they provide the sponsor with an insurance certificate that meets or exceeds Stanford's coverage requirements. The certificate will need to be received before the work starts.
