Course: Petty Cash Administration (FIN-0506)
Who should take this course?
This course is designed to teach prospective and current petty cash custodians how to administer petty cash funds. Completion of this course is required to become certified as a petty cash custodian.
Pre-requisites:
- FIN-0500: Introduction to Expense Requests (required to gain access to the Expense Requests system)
Course objectives:
After completing this course you will be able to;
- Describe petty cash policy and workflow
- Reimburse employees from petty cash using the Received of Petty Cash form
- Replenish a petty cash fund using the Expense Requests system
- Describe additional responsibilities of the petty cash custodian
