Guardianships: How to Avoid Them, and What to do When They are Needed

Guardianships are sometimes necessary when a loved one loses capacity or can no longer care for him or herself. The process is often painful and difficult. We will discuss steps you can take ahead of time to avoid the necessity of a guardianship, and what you must do if one becomes necessary.
