FSSI Print Management BPA

The Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) Print Management Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a Federal-wide vehicle that allows DHS and other federal agencies to achieve cost and environmental savings through the acquisition of print and copy devices and services. The BPAs, under Schedule 36, Office Imaging and Document Solutions, provides commodities and services in four functional areas:

  • Functional Area I – Fleet Assessment: device discovery, data collection, spend analysis, baseline identification, cost reduction plans and optimization; operationally objective assessment and analysis services;
  • Functional Area II – Device Plus and Customizable Solutions: document imaging solutions devices, multi-functional devices (MFDs) or single-function network printers, consumables (excluding paper), maintenance and repairs, and reporting including energy usage;
  • Functional Area III – Managed Print Services (large businesses); and
  • Functional Area IV – Managed Print Services (small businesses).

Under this BPA, DHS Components may utilize a Government Purchase Card (GPC) to acquire services and commodities.
