Faculty and Staff Help Center (FSHC)

FSHC provides professional, confidential counseling to faculty and staff at Stanford University, SLAC, Stanford Hospital, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and Menlo Medical Clinic. For a list of others who are eligible for these services, visit their website. Consultation and training for departments who need assistance with interpersonal issues or job stress is also available. Supported by employee benefit funds, all FSHC services are free of charge.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

CAPS is available to help students who experience a wide variety of personal, academic and relationship concerns.

The Bridge Peer Counseling Center

The Bridge provides free confidential counseling to the Stanford community 24 hours a day by phone and on a drop-in basis.
