Eligibility At this time, priority is planned for:

Faculty, who are members of the Academic Council, who are first time homebuyers* or who have not owned a detached single-family home within the Qualifying Area in the three years prior to receipt of a written offer of employment from Stanford.
Interest List An interest list will be available in early 2016. If demand exceeds the supply of homes a lottery will determine which faculty will have an opportunity to purchase.

* A first time homebuyer is someone who has never had an ownership interest in a residential property located within the Qualifying Area in the three years prior to receipt of a written offer of employment from Stanford.
