Annoying page numbers!!!
Can someone explain to me why you need giant page numbers that block each and every pic as you scroll through them. Is in not enough to have a small page number at the bottom of the screen? What purpose could they possibly serve other than to annoy the person trying to view the image?
Alerts are infuriating
The app is okay, but the main reason I have it is for the breaking news alerts, which are useless. When the alert pops up on my phone, it's often so long that it's cut off. I understand that if it's a breaking story there may not be any more than the headline, but at least have the app take you to the complete headline when you swipe the alert...or have a link for breaking news where I can read the full alert.
Ads not news
Little actual news content, large ad content. Watching a 15 second ad for a 10 second video that doesn't show anything but still images and repeats the caption is pointless and a waste of everyones time. Most articles now are 3 sentences then full of ads below. Frustrating and not dependable. Not to mention multiple articles that cover the same exact topic with no new details.
