In addition to these resources, Stanford also has access to the <em> Institution of Civil Engineers Virtual Library</em>.  The papers from all the ICE Proceedings,  Selected Engineering Papers, Transactions of the ICE and Journal of the ICE are covered from 1836 to the present. Also contains selected e-books. All the items are cataloged in SearchWorks.

Caltech Earthquake Engineering Laboratory Reports
An archive of freely downloadable technical reports from several labs in the domain of earth sciences at Caltech. Includes approximately 1180 earthquake engineering technical reports. Data includes work on strong-motion earthquake accelerograms, and considerable research springing from the San Fernando, Whittier Narrows, Landers and Northridge earthquakes. Covers 1952-present.
Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center Reports
The PEER Reports Series comprises state-of-the art research in earthquake engineering and related fields by the more than 150 expert members of the PEER universities consortium. The current emphasis of the series is on performance-based engineering of lifelines and building structures. Any reports with numbers in RED are restricted to BIP members.
