Li Ka Shing Center
Li Ka Shing Center for Learning and Knowledge is the front door of the medical school, as well as the primary hub for our educational activities. In addition to flexible learning spaces, the center houses conference facilities, a student lounge and the most comprehensive health-care simulation training facility in the country.
Lokey Stem Cell Research Building
Home to the Stanford Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine, the Lorry I. Lokey Stem Cell Research Building is the largest dedicated stem cell research building in the country.
Clark Center
Clark Center is ground zero for the Bio-X Program, a university-wide initiative that brings together experts from medicine, engineering and other scientific disciplines to tackle the full complexity of the human body in health and disease.
Freidenrich Center for Translational Research
As the hub for designing and conducting clinical trials at Stanford, the Jill and John Freidenrich Center for Translational Research enables the clinical research of the NCI-designated Cancer Center and the NCRR-supported Center for Clinical and Translational Education and Research (Spectrum).
Foundations in Medicine Buildings
To accommodate 21st-century medical advancements, the medical school will replace existing laboratory facilities with three new buildings to be called the Foundations in Medicine buildings. The buildings will feature integrated laboratory suites enabling transparency, flexibility and collaboration. (Expected to open December 2015)

Major construction projects underway at Stanford Hospital & Clinics and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford will create world-class facilities that embrace the future of health-care technology and patient care.
Single-patient rooms in Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford will be designed for adaptability and family-centered care.
The New Stanford Hospital will feature a new Emergency Department, new operating rooms and additional single-patient rooms.
