The Stanford Happiness Collective

The Happiness Collective will host a Therapy Animals Meet and Greet on the Sunday before finals to help students find calm in their time of high stress. The organization bringing the animals is Furry Friends, a group we hosted successfully on campus last spring in White Plaza. This time they will need an indoor location, since the weather will be too cold outside for the animals. We are currently working on obtaining the necessary insurance.

Friday Nov 13 is World Kindness Day. The Happiness Collective wants to put on a Kindness-themed fair from 11:30-5:30 in White Plaza. A few of the activities we plan to include are a gratitude letter writing station, make-a-stuffed-animal-for-a-struggling-friend station, loving kindness meditation, and a giant finger paint mural themed around kindness.
