About

Aaron Heshel Silverman is a doctoral student in the Sociology Department at Stanford University.  His research interests mostly fit within the group processes sub-field of sociological social psychology with specific emphases on status, norms, collective action, and morality.  Two of his current projects include: 1) specifying mechanisms through which gender operates as a basis of over-rewarding men/under-rewarding women in social dilemma situations and 2) identifying under what conditions behaviors are moralized.  Aaron also plays way too many video games.
