It would have been helpful if radiologic images had been obtained from PAMF before the appointment. I had asked beforehand and told the report had been obtained. However, the corresponding images were not. It also was not clear whether SHC would obtain them after the appointment or whether I must facilitate getting them to Dr Karam.
