Long delay in refilling an expired prescription. Had to make multiple request until I was out of meds.

Dr. Tai-Edmonds was very easy to talk to. I was completely at ease. I never had a feeling of being rushed, though I learned a lot & I'm sure the time spent was short and appropriate for my case.
