Our office presents a variety of free workshops for the Stanford community which address topics in the areas of navigating work and life, parenting and elder care. Attendees are invited to bring their lunches and join the discussion.

Monthly Brown Bag Workshops are located in various locations around campus and are led by staff and guest speakers. Please RSVP to let us know you're coming!
Most seminars are BeWell berry eligible.* In order to receive your berry, please print, fill out and bring this form to the event. The form must be received by BeWell by the end of the week following the event in order for your berry to be awarded.
