On behalf of the Information Technology (IT) Department of the City of Palo Alto, I’d like to personally welcome you to our microsite. It is a great pleasure and honor to serve as your Chief Information Officer (CIO) and I am extremely proud of the valuable work that our City IT team performs each day for our community.
Technology plays an important role in the functioning of our City and each department. Our IT team is a highly motivated and bright group of professionals dedicated each day to delivering high quality, cost-effective services to City departments and the community. We are also committed to a multi-year, bold vision to become a leading digital city. On this microsite you will learn about who we are, what we do, and what plans the City has for using innovative technology in the future.
