Content Delivery Network BPA

The Content Delivery Network (CDN) BPA provides the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) content delivery network services to support current and future public-facing DHS websites, applications, and existing web portals. The objective of this BPA is to provide CDN services for identified DHS websites via a globally deployed network with an installed server ase deployed across independent networks or ISPs around the globe so as to assist DHS to maximize its performance objectives, provide DHS a global reach, and accommodate unpredictable load increases and Internet-wide projected growth.

Under this BPA, DHS components may issue orders for products and services on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) basis.

  • Providing average discounts at least 50% below prior BPA;

  • Ensuring that service levels are consistent across DHS.
