Relocation Services BPA

The Relocation Services BPAs provide DHS Components (with the exception of CBP and USSS personnel) with access to private firms to provide relocation assistance to eligible transferring employees who move for the “good of government” and receive permanent change of station orders noting eligibility for relocation support. Available services include Home Sale Services, Property Management in lieu of Home Sale, Destination Services, and Move Management Services.

Orders under this BPA may be placed on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis.

Benefits

These BPAs provide Components the following benefits:

  • Provide relocation assistance to help employees plan and complete their moves to new duty stations as smoothly as possible;
  • Afford eligible transferring employees with access to relocation services;
  • Balance the effects that availability of relocation services has on employee mobility and morale by providing qualified home sale and move management providers; and
  • Provides guidance and options for employees to take measures to assist in expediting the home sale process.

Period of Performance (POP)

One base year + 4 one-year option years (8/13/2012 - 8/12/2017)
