Congress must treat these certifications as conclusive except if courts say otherwise.
So: No "fake electors" by outside actors or legislators.

I've read through the Electoral Count Act reforms in the omnibus.
First, in several places it is stressed that states must appoint electors in accordance with state laws "enacted prior to election day."
So: no shady legislatures passing laws to steal election after the fact

they really want it to be the case the fbi told twitter and facebook to supress the hunter biden laptop story but between the twitter files, the state AG lawsuit, and zuckerberg talking about it on rogan, there's actually no evidence that this happened...
