Today we're making dan dan noodles!
Vegan version: 2 Tbs soy sauce 1 Tbs sesame 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar 1/3 cup peanut butter or tahini paste 2 Tbs of chili paste 2 tsp Szechuan seasoning 1/2 cup veggie stock 1 Tbs honey
Directions: Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until creamy. Heat sauce if desired.
