Help Us Expand And Donate A Building To Us Today
The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust continues to serve thousands of families and individuals with basic human needs since 2002. The organization needs an extreme makeover and needs to expand to continue our work. On behalf of The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust and its board members, I am writing your foundation to grant us a donation in the amount of $50,000.00 to purchase a building to continue in our efforts to serve thousands of families and individuals who need throughout Michigan. 29% more families and individuals received basic human needs last year. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust main priority is to help families and individuals to survive through these tough economic times. One of our goals is to provide housing, food, clothing and transportation for seniors. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust Human Services Program provides food, clothing, diapers, coats, boots and toys for thousands of economically disadvantaged families and individuals throughout Michigan. All programs serve all Michigan counties requesting The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust assistance. Your donation will support us and help us expand our mission and be able to serve thousands more of families and individuals requesting our organization assistance. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust will have the adequate space, we will need to expand our programs, services and activities, in order to reach and serve thousands of more families and individuals residing in rural and urban areas in Michigan. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust is in desperate need of a building right now, and we need your financial support in helping us to purchase a building. We have enclosed a video of some of the clients, The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust serves every day on a weekly basis. The video gives reference about The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust and its mission. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust video can also be viewed online on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCqRsiG-nGI. The organization often serves families in Rhode Island, New York, Ohio and New Orleans. This requires special assistance such as shipping needed supplies to those families requesting disaster relief assistance. A bigger building will give us the opportunity to receive more donations to help provide more assistance for families of disaster relief in other states. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust needs additional space to host food drive, clothes & shoes drive, coats & boots drive and toy drive to collect needed items and continue to provide assistance for families and individuals seeking our assistance. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust wants to expand our volunteering opportunities for college students, seniors, groups and others in the communities willing to volunteer to assist The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust in its mission. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust wants to engage more volunteers in hosting various drives on site at The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust. In 2011, more than 4,000 families were cut off from Public Assistance, leaving them to rely on organizations such as The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust. The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust is now serving a large percentage of these individuals, and it is more a major priority that we purchase a building to continue to meet the needs of families and individuals. We urgently need more space to accommodate more families and individuals.
