Requirements

1. An accepted abstract to a national or international meeting related to cardiovascular research
2. The abstract must list Stanford Cardiovascular Institute in the author affiliations when first submitted, and
   
3. Please acknowledge the support source: Stanford Cardiovascular Institute (logos may be uploaded here)

How to Apply

Please use this online form to submit the following information:

1. Your name and PI's name
2. Conference name, date, and location
3. A copy of the accepted abstract that lists the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute in the author affiliations
4. A confirmation statement (e-mail or PDF letter from the meeting) that the abstract has been
   accepted for a poster and/or oral presentation at the meeting
