Room/Golf Cart Resources
School offices, classrooms and laboratories are located in four buildings:
- Geology Corner/Braun Hall (Building 320 of the Quad)
- Ruth Wattis Mitchell Earth Sciences Building
- Cecil H. and Ida M. Green Earth Sciences Research Building
- Yang and Yamazaki Environment and Energy Building
Reservations for the following conference rooms are handled by the Stanford University room-reservation system, 25Live. Click the buttons to see the calendars for each room and fill out its associated webform to request a reservation.

SES Golf Cart
Before using the golf cart, you must complete the Online Cart Safety Training PTS-1000 in Axess and complete and sign the Vehicle Operator's Agreement form. Request form by email to elena917@stanford.edu. Golf cart and key should be returned no later than 5PM the same day it was borrowed. For after hours return, need prior approval from Elena Serrano.
