Geriatric and Palliative Care Fellowships
General Medical Disciplines provides two opportunities for fellows to gain clinical care experience caring for older adults. The Geriatric and Palliative Care fellowships prepare physicians for clinical and teaching experience and serve as a basis for a career and leadership
Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center/Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Program
The training program offered by the Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center (GRECC), VA Palo Alto, Stanford Hospital, Department of Medicine, and Stanford University School of Medicine has been in operation since 1978.
Offered under the auspices of the Division of General Medicine at the Stanford University School of Medicine, the fellowship is designed to train board certified/board eligible internists in the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in palliative medicine.
