Fellowships and Clinical Instructorships

The Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery offers several opportunities for one-year fellowships and clinical instructorships. Fellows and Clinical Instructors are valued members of our clinical teams and work closely with faculty in the clinic and the operating room.

Fellowship in Cleft-Craniofacial Surgery 

The Cleft-Craniofacial Surgery Fellow practices in our interdisciplinary pediatric surgical specialities clinics, which make the most of each family's time by bringing together the team of professional care providers in a welcoming setting for children and parents.   More »

Fellowship in Hand Surgery

As a program of the Robert A. Chase Hand & Upper Limb Center, the one-year Hand Surgery Fellowship is administered jointly by Plastic Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery. Each year offers three fellows exposure to a breadth of issues affecting the hand and arm.  More »

Clinical Instructorship in Microsurgery

Each year, two Clinical Instructors have the opportunity to further their experience toward becoming world-class microsurgeons. These Clinical Instructors have the opportunity for exposure to a wide range of microsurgery procedures, thanks to the broad interests of our faculty.  More »

Clinical Instructorship in Oral Medicine and Maxillofacial Surgery

The Clinical Instructor in Oral Medicine and Maxillofacial Surgery performs OMFS in support of a range of services at Stanford University Medical Center. He or she also participates in ongoing research projects in oral and maxillofacial surgery and craniofacial regenerative medicine.  More »
