Why is there a Porter Drive Campus?
The Porter Drive complex in the Stanford Research Park is home to key administrative offices from Administrative Systems, RD&E and the Controller's office. Like many universities nationwide, Stanford is developing off-site locations close to the core campus to accommodate growth and ensure that the university continues to meet its academic mission.
