What we do
The University IT Special Projects team has a two-fold mandate: 1) to assist executive management in any desired capacity but most typically providing leadership and management expertise on high-risk or high-visibility special requests and special projects, and 2) to help develop IT business analysis expertise on projects. We establish and maintain relationships at all levels within University IT to ensure smooth and effective performance on all the work we do.
