Jessica Dutro

As Associate Director, Finance and Administration, Jessica is responsible for developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of the Center's administrative operations, finances and planning.

Prior to joining the Bill Lane Center for the American West, Jessica worked at the Stanford Controller’s Office for 15 years. Jessica played an instrumental role with the opening of the Financial Support Center in 2008. She guided a highly successful group of 11 financial specialists that responded to 500 customer inquiries per day while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.
