Admission to STP – West Africa

Explore below to learn more about the process of applying for admission to the Seed Transformation Program in West Africa.

Eligibility

Educational Requirements

There are no specific educational requirements. We do not require that you take the GMAT or another exam to apply to or qualify for STP.

English-Language Proficiency

We do not require that you take the TOEFL or another English test to apply to or qualify for STP. However, participants need to be able to both understand and speak English at a level that allows them to participate fully in this fast-paced program.

Participants should be able to read large volumes of material in English, understand and participate in lectures and class discussions, and engage in small group discussions.

Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. An admissions committee will assess all completed applications based on the program’s criteria for admission.

The application takes about 30 to 40 minutes to complete. It requires personal and professional information, as well as a personal statement.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we recommend that you apply early.

Online Application

When you are ready to apply, access the online application. You can download a printer-friendly version of the application for your reference, but you must fill out and submit the application online.

Tips for Slow Internet Connections

Print or download a PDF of the application form for your reference, and prepare your answers offline in a word processor. When you have answers for all the questions, copy and paste them into the online application and submit it.

Fees & Financial Responsibilities

STP participants are responsible for transportation to and from Seed’s center in Accra, Ghana, as well as for lodging during the sessions.

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and most dinners will be provided during the program.
