Joel Samoff spoke for Ethics@Noon on February 10th, 2012 about clarity and accuracy of analyses, and the sensibility and sensitivity of research tools in African field research. Samoff is a Consulting Professor at the Center for African Studies, and has research interests in African politics and education, foreign aid, political development and modernization in a variety of countries.
