Arik Lifschitz is an Academic Advising Director in the office of Undergraduate Advising and Research (UAR). He advises undergraduate students on issues related to academic planning, exploring interests, identifying goals, assessing academic progress, connecting with faculty, finding opportunities for research and service, navigating university requirements and policies, and managing academics in the context of difficult situations.
In addition, Arik has an active research program in the areas of management and education, with a special focus on the relationship between structure, content, and outcomes in educational settings. He also has broad experience in applied research, having worked with organizations in the education, culture, health, and infrastructure industries. He currently teaches in the department of Management Science and Engineering.
