ERGONOMIC EQUIPMENT REIMBURSEMENT FUND PROGRAM
The purpose of the Equipment Reimbursement Fund program is to encourage the correction of ergonomic deficiencies, thus reducing the incidence of ergonomics-related injuries in the workplace. The Fund will be used to assist departments in purchasing ergonomic furniture and equipment by matching 50% of the purchase price (up to $300 per employee).

- Initiate the iJournal transfer and note the iJ# on the reimbursement form.
- Submit Reimbursement Form with a copy of your requisition and self-evaluation.
- EH&S reviews your paperwork and approves iJournal transfer of 50% of the purchase price (up to $300 per employee).
