STANFORD, Calif. – The Stanford men’s basketball team’s game at Saint Mary’s on Sunday, Nov. 22 will tip off at 8 p.m. PT and will be nationally televised on ESPNU, it was announced.
The Nov. 22 contest will be held at McKeon Pavilion in Moraga, Calif. Stanford and Saint Mary’s will square off for the first time since a 76-58 Cardinal victory back on Dec. 14, 2002. It’s the Cardinal’s first visit to Moraga since Dec. 27, 1988.
All three of Stanford’s non-conference games away from Maples Pavilion will air on the ESPN family of networks. The Cardinal will join Villanova, Arkansas and Georgia Tech in the NIT Season Tip-off tournament at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. Nov. 26-27. Stanford will face Villanova on Thursday, Nov. 26 in a 1:30 p.m. PT contest aired nationally on ESPN2. Depending on the results of the Nov. 26 contests, the Cardinal will either play Arkansas or Georgia Tech on Nov. 27 at 12:00 p.m. PT on ESPN2 or 9:30 a.m. PT on ESPNU.
Stanford’s complete regular-season schedule, including game times and broadcast information is expected to be announced in the next week.
