The Arson Investigators assess threats, share information, and develop protective action plans for the department as County Fire's Terrorism Liaison Officers.
They are involved in Santa Clara County Fire Investigation Task Force, the Santa Clara County Environmental Crimes Task Force, and helped develop the Youth Firesetter Intervention Program.
