How are we doing?

We take pride in the service we provide to you and the community, and we want to hear from you. This survey is a critical part of our ability to  continually improve our service.

National Arson Awareness Week!

This week is National Arson Awareness Week! This week we recognize the hard working Arson Investigators of County Fire.

Our Arson Investigators investigate fatal, injury, criminal, and suspicious fires to find evidence, origin, cause, and determine if there are any suspects.

The Arson Investigators assess threats, share information, and develop protective action plans for the department as County Fire's Terrorism Liaison Officers.

They are involved in Santa Clara County Fire Investigation Task Force, the Santa Clara County Environmental Crimes Task Force, and helped develop the Youth Firesetter Intervention Program.

We are proud to have these fire experts working for County Fire.
