We welcome any ideas, suggestions and comments that you have regarding VTA's services and programs.

Operator: bus or light rail driver reports, such as positive or negative customer relations, missed stops, driving, etc.
Revenue Vehicle: feedback on bus or light rail vehicles, such as graffiti, cleanliness, mechanical issues, etc.
Facility: feedback on any VTA property including stops, stations, ticket vending machines, property, light rail tracks, etc.
Paratransit: feedback on paratransit service by Outreach, including driving, pick ups, service area, etc.
Service Design: route planning or scheduling feedback, such as frequency, service hours, overload, etc.
Non-Operator Employee: feedback on any VTA employee other than an operator, such as Fare Inspectors, maintenance staff, call center personnel, etc.
Clipper Card: reports of Clipper Card issues, such as card not working, wrong fare loaded, etc.

RTC: report issues with your Regional Transit Connection (RTC) card, including card lost, not working, not received, etc.
Project: feedback on any VTA project, such as BART to Silicon Valley, Bus Rapid Transit, highway projects, etc.
