Leadership @ Stanford

Leadership @ Stanford

This program is designed to help senior level supervisors develop leadership capability, expand knowledge of university processes, and build a strong network of alliances across schools and units.

Nominees should be staff:

  • Who hold a current position at the director level or above;
  • Who demonstrate high performance standards; and,
  • Who have notable and visible contributions to the organization.

Participants meet for six two-day workshops, facilitated by Julie Turchin, Talent Portfolio Manager with Stanford Learning & Organizational Effectiveness; and Brian McDonald, President of MOR Associates.
