Deadlines for long forms are located on the FAO page (log in below). Please plan your file submissions accordingly, and notify Valerie Meeks at vmeeks@stanford.edu, of retention issues, competitive offers, or any other situations that require urgent review of a file.

Faculty Incentive Fund

Deadline: June 15, 2018

Have you hired any faculty in fiscal year 2017-2018 that may be eligible for the Faculty Incentive Fund (FIF)? If so, please be sure to get your requests in to Cristen Shinbashi no later than Thursday, June 15th. If you have any questions on this, please contact Cristen Shinbashi at cshinbashi@stanford.edu.

Revised Long Form

The form for appointments, reappointments & promotions has been redesigned to combine different versions of the current forms into a single document, making it easier and more efficient to use.  Please contact Scott Walters at swalters@stanford.edu for further detail

Emeriti Faculty

The privileges and benefits for emeriti faculty have been updated, and the description of benefits is on the Retirement page. This document is sent out directly to each retiring faculty member after they have submitted a Notice of Intent to Retire. New Faculty Benefits Orientation

This year, the University HR Service Team will host the New Faculty Benefits Orientation.
