Haas Center Strategic Plan

As one of the first comprehensive post-secondary public service centers in the country, from the beginning the Haas Center has not only worked to embody the promotion of the public welfare articulated within Stanford University’s founding grant, but has also catalyzed a national movement regarding the renewal of the civic purposes of American higher education.

As part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary in 2010, staff and stakeholders worked with members of the Graduate School of Business' Alumni Consulting Team to develop a five-year strategic plan. The plan sets goals that have guided the allocation of time and resources and articulated how success will be measured within a specified timeframe.  As the five years comes to a close, the Haas Center is working on a new strategic plan that focused on the launch of Cardinal Service. The new plan will be posted in early 2016.
