Request for Records

Current and former students who wish to make a FERPA-related request to view records should use one of the following forms to submit a request. Please provide complete information in order to assist the University in following up on your request. Federal law requires that the University provide access to requested, extant records within 45 days.

• Request for records by current student and former students who still have an active Stanford ID (typically students who were enrolled within the last five years)
• Request for records by former students who do not have an active Stanford ID
