Description:
Bertrand Schneider has recently obtained his PhD degree in the Learning Sciences and Technology Design Program at Stanford University, after obtaining a master's degree in computer science.
His research interests include the development of new and original interfaces (e.g., tangible, multitouch, pen/paper based) for collaborative learning in formal and informal learning environments (e.g., maker spaces and fabrication labs). Recently, he has started collecting multi-modal data on students' learning (e.g., gaze, body movement, speech, arousal) to better visualize and understand their learning trajectories.
