What kind of ballot did this guy have? What does he mean he "did his ballot at the polls"? You can only track your ballot if you used a mail in/absentee ballot, so if he voted in person, how does he know it's missing? Does he mean he surrendered his mail in ballot?

What do you mean you "did your ballot at the polls"? Do you mean you voted in person or you dropped your mail in ballot to a drop box at the polls? And what part of this exactly is the fraudulent part?
